ComNet Limited Lifetime Warranty

  1. Seller warrants to the original End User that products and any services furnished hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of delivery, and will conform to Seller’s published technical specifications. The foregoing shall apply only to failures to meet said warranties which appear within that period of time during which the Products are installed in their original installation for the original End User and operator of such Products; provided, however, that in the event of product discontinuance, warranty support is limited to five (5) years from the announcement of discontinuance. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the duration of the warranty period for products not manufactured by Seller (e.g., fiber optic cabling, test equipment, power supplies or batteries) shall be the warranty period offered by the original manufacturer, if any.
  2. The conditions of any tests shall be mutually agreed upon and Seller shall be notified of, and may be represented at, all tests that may be made. The warranties and remedies set forth herein are conditioned upon (a) proper storage, installation, use and maintenance, and conformance with any applicable recommendations of Seller and (b) Buyer promptly notifying Seller of any defects and, if required, promptly making the product available for correction.
  3. If any product or service fails to meet the foregoing warranties, Seller shall thereupon correct any such failure either at its option, (i) by repairing any defective or damaged product or parts of the products, or (ii) by making available any necessary repaired or replacement products or parts thereof. Any repaired or replacement part or product shall be warranted for the remaining period of the original Warranty Period. Seller shall pay, or credit Buyer for, the cost of freight for all return shipments of products or parts to Buyer. Where a failure cannot be corrected by Seller’s reasonable efforts, the parties will negotiate an equitable adjustment in price.
  4. The preceding paragraph sets forth the exclusive remedies for claims based on defect in or failure of products or services, whether the claim is in contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including Seller’s negligence), strict liability or otherwise and however instituted. Upon the expiration of the warranty period, all such liability shall terminate and BUYER shall have a reasonable time, within thirty days after the warranty period, to give written notice of any defects which appeared during the warranty period. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied or statutory. NO IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. Seller does not warrant any products or services of others, which BUYER has designated.

To obtain this warranty service, you must first call ComNet and speak to a qualified service representative. If a return of product is deemed necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be issued. Upon receiving a RMA#, the product must be shipped back in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection back to ComNet. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by ComNet to service the product. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. ComNet shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. This warranty only covers the first user of the equipment.

Razberi Limited Warranty

Razberi Technologies (“Razberi”) warrants that the Razberi product enclosed with this Limited Hardware Warranty will in respect of the hardware be free from defects in design, workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of three (3) years (or five (5) years for applicable products) from the date of the original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This Limited Hardware Warranty also applies to external power supplies, if included with the Razberi product on the date of the original purchase.

Razberi’s sole and exclusive liability shall be limited to, at Razberi’s sole discretion, either repair of the hardware defect using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replacement of the product. Repaired or replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. When a product or part is exchanged all hardware or part thereof that is replaced shall become the property of Razberi. This Limited Hardware Warranty is applicable in all countries and may be enforced by contacting Razberi Technical Support. This Limited Hardware Warranty may be updated time to time by Razberi, in its sole discretion.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Hardware Warranty does not apply: (i) if the product has been subject to faulty and improper installation, maintenance, service, operational adjustments, repair, alteration and/or modification in any way that is not (a) covered in the documentation for the product or (b) carried out with Razberi’s prior consent; (ii) to damages caused by failure to follow the instructions covered in the documentation for the products or other specific instructions from Razberi;(iii) to cosmetic damages;(iv) if the product has been tampered with; (v) if the product is damaged by acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, normal wear and tear and deterioration, improper environmental conditions (including, but not limited to, electrical surges, water damage and heat exposure) or lack of responsible care;(vi) if the product has had the model or serial number altered, defaced or removed; (vii) to consumables (such as batteries); (viii) to products that have been purchased “as is” and Razberi, the seller or the liquidator expressly disclaim their warranty obligation pertaining to the product; (ix) to any non-Razberi hardware product or any software (irrespective of whether it has been packaged and/or sold with an Razberi hardware product) and/or Razberi products purchased from an unauthorized distributor/reseller; (x) to damage that occurs in shipment or from improper storage or transportation; (xi) to damages by any other cause not related to defective design, workmanship and/or materials.


  • If the product is to be used outdoors or in dusty, humid, or other hostile environments, it must be suitably protected.
  • Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned requirements will invalidate this Limited Hardware Warranty.

Razberi RMA Policy

PROCESS and REQUIREMENTS for PRODUCT REPAIR and REPLACEMENT (current as of June 1st, 2022)

The Razberi Product Repair and Replacement Policy applies to Razberi products that are subject to the Razberi Limited Warranty, during the applicable warranty period (within-warranty). This Policy may be updated time to time by Razberi, in its sole discretion.

To make a request for product replacement or a claim for service the Returning Party must first contact Razberi Technical Support for assistance with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, the product may be returned to Razberi for inspection, repair or replacement.

To initiate a return of a Razberi product for repair or replacement, Razberi will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and shipping instructions to the Returning Party. The Returning Party is responsible for all costs to return product to Razberi. The issuance of an RMA number and delivery of the product to Razberi does not constitute confirmation that the product is defective. Items returned to Razberi without an RMA number will be returned to the Returning Party at the Returning Party’s cost. The assigned RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. The RMA # will be honored for 30 days from the date of issue. All RMA’s outstanding after this time period will be cancelled.

Upon receipt of the product, Razberi will assess the condition of the product and, as applicable, make the following determinations, all at Razberi’s discretion:

· Determine whether the product is in fact defective or otherwise damaged. If Razberi determines that the product is not defective or otherwise damaged, Razberi will advise the Returning Party and make arrangements to return the product to the Returning Party at the Returning Party’s cost.

· determine whether the defect or damage is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered by the warranty, determine whether to repair or replace the product. The repaired or replacement product will then be returned to the Returning Party at Razberi’s cost. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, Razberi will then advise the Returning Party of available options and proceed accordingly.

If a product is returned to Razberi for replacement or repair and no problem is found, the purchaser will be billed $50.00 fee for inspection and the Returning Party will be responsible for the costs to return the product to the Returning Party.

The Returning Party will be charged a $100 fee for any product that is returned to Razberi for replacement or credit without all original power supplies.

Razberi does not perform any out-of-warranty repair or service. Please contact your Razberi Sales team member or for available options.


Razberi may, at its sole discretion, replace any product in advance that is possibly defective, as long as such product is within-warranty (i.e. replacement may be completed prior to the product being physically returned to or inspected by Razberi). Razberi must receive a purchase order from the returning party for any advanced replacement at the returning party’s standard contracted price. Once the returning party’s product is received by Razberi, the PO for the advanced replacement will be cancelled.

If Razberi does not receive the original product from the Returning Party within 30 days of shipping the advance replacement product, the Returning Party will be charged for the full price of the advance replacement product.

If the returned product is determined by Razberi, at its sole discretion, to:

· have no faults or defects, the Returning Party will be charged for 50% of the standard contracted price for the advance replacement product plus shipping costs (if an advanced replacement product has already been shipped); or

· be defective or damaged in a manner that is not covered by the Razberi Limited Warranty, the Returning Party will be charged for the standard contracted price for the advance replacement product plus shipping costs (if an advanced replacement product has already been shipped).

In either case above, the original product will not be returned by Razberi to the Returning Party.

For any advance replacement product, the balance of the warranty of the original product will continue to apply.
